How dry? - less than half "the average"for spring

The clouds tell it all . We could be in the desert - those thin clouds passing over and dropping a few welcome drops but no more.You would get more out of a .... a hose . Normally above 200mm for the three months its been less than half that in Colac . With evaporation increasing every day the very low sept TO oct total (50mm max)the dry is even more noticeable .
